Ruby Hernandez, owner of Evolve Aesthetic Institute, a TDLR-approved cosmetology school, moved to Odessa in 2013 and quickly developed a strong connection to the community she proudly calls home. As a cosmetologist, entrepreneur, and business owner, she has spent the past decade building meaningful relationships while helping others grow within the beauty industry and small business community.

Ruby is passionate about supporting fellow entrepreneurs by sharing guidance, resources, and encouragement to help their businesses succeed. She enjoys being a resource for business owners looking to get started or grow professionally, especially within the beauty industry, which holds a special place in her heart.

She currently serves as a board member for the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Junior League of Odessa, and serves as liaison for the fundraising committee with Young Professionals of Odessa (YPO). Ruby also continues to volunteer throughout the community and is passionate about creating connections, supporting local growth, and giving back to Odessa.

As a proud mother, Ruby hopes to inspire her daughter through her example of leadership, community involvement, and the importance of helping others succeed.
