Miguel Martinez is a retired United States Army veteran with 20 years of honorable service, where he developed extensive experience in leadership, operations, and team development. Following his military career, he transitioned into the energy sector and currently works with Oncor Electric Delivery, contributing to the reliability and delivery of critical infrastructure across Texas.

Miguel remains deeply committed to community involvement and service. He serves as a board member for Bl3s Squad, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, encouraging personal growth and supporting families affected by suicide. His passion for service extends into his engagement with organizations that promote opportunity, connection and resilience.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of the Incarnate Word, equipping him with a strong foundation in business leadership and organizational development.
