Esperanza Garcia, a proud native of Pecos, TX. Backed by a solid educational foundation from Odessa College and The University of Texas Permian Basin, she has earned numerous awards and recognition within the insurance industry. She spent the last 13 years as an agency owner for Farmers Insurance.

Esperanza's commitment to her community is evident through her service as a former Board Director for the Pecos Area Chamber of Commerce and her current role as Chair of the Odessa Hispanic Chamber. Ms. Garcia as been a volunteer with OHCC since 2018 and enjoys being of service to her community. Driven by a passion for empowering women, she also actively volunteers with LULAC, and for the past 7 years a guest speaker and volunteer for Latina Entrepreneur Academy in supporting women in launching and growing their businesses.

Above all, Esperanza cherishes her family. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother to one.
